Huge Obama Victory
Cool. President Barack Obama achieved a major victory today when the House passed a health care reform bill by 220 to 215.
As an added bonus, it is a bipartisan bill—one Republican voted in favor.
I wonder if Republican have any creeping sense of foreboding that their obstructionism will come back to haunt them for many generations. Maybe they just don’t feel their party has that much remaining lifespan.
Or perhaps they think the Rapture is nigh….

And the damn Stupak Amendment. That may just be the spark that starts a new party.
