Wednesday Polls
There was only a single new state head-to-head poll found today. SurveyUSA released a poll for Michigan giving Sen. John McCain a lead over Sen. Barack Obama, 41% to 37%.
The +4% lead is consistent with a Michigan poll conducted last week giving McCain a 38% to 34% advantage over Obama. An early May poll gave McCain a +1% edge. In general, McCain and Obama have been within a few points of each other since late February.
There were numerous VP match-ups in the poll…a summary table is given here.
I’ll post a new Monte Carlo analysis for Obama soon.
